Terms of use
Effective November 2, 2026
Teachvisor is operated by runMast LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms apply to your use of teachvisor.com. Questions? Contact help@teachvisor.com.
What Teachvisor provides
Teachvisor helps teachers plan lessons, prepare paper and online activities, review work, and follow student progress. It is currently a development pilot. Features may change or be unavailable.
Teachers, students, and school approval
Teacher administration requires Google sign-in. Students use access codes supplied by their teacher. A student code is private: share it only with the intended student and authorized adults.
Use fictional student records during the pilot until your school has reviewed and approved the service, its data practices, and any required agreements and consent. Creating a Google account or entering a student code does not by itself verify school authorization or obtain parental consent. These terms do not replace required school agreements or notices, or transfer runMast LLC’s legal obligations to teachers or families.
Your materials and permitted use
You retain any rights you have in materials you provide. You authorize us to process and store them as needed to provide the features you choose, as described in our Privacy notice. Upload only materials you are authorized to use. Do not share another person’s access code, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful files, or use the service unlawfully.
Curriculum and copyright
Bring in only curriculum you have the right to use. Lesson titles, objectives in your own words, standard codes and pacing can come from any curriculum. For material licensed to your school or district, save only short excerpts (about one problem or passage) for your own classroom planning; keep whole teacher guides, workbooks, answer keys and assessments on the publisher’s platform. Some publishers’ terms, including Amplify’s and McGraw Hill’s, do not allow copying their content into other tools or using it with AI; Teachvisor does not store material for those sources. Openly licensed curricula keep their credit and licence, and non-commercial ones are for your own classroom only. Licences usually belong to your school or district and can end when you leave or a subscription lapses; remove material you no longer have the right to use.
If you believe material in Teachvisor infringes your copyright, email support@teachvisor.com with: the work you believe is infringed; where the material appears, in enough detail for us to find it; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. Because classroom records are encrypted, we may need to act by disabling the account or classroom concerned rather than reviewing the material itself. We remove or disable access to material we are notified is infringing, tell the teacher concerned, consider counter-notices as the law provides, and end the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Teacher review and AI
Review generated and imported questions, answer keys, accessibility, curriculum fit, and evaluations before using them. AI output and automated scoring may be incorrect. Teachvisor does not make diagnoses, determine IEP services, or replace professional judgment or official school records. Keep personal, student, health, family, and private meeting information out of assignment-generation requests and external AI assistants.
Safekeeping and recovery
Protect your teacher account, devices, student codes, and recovery files. The recovery file can unlock the encrypted synced classroom; it does not recover the separate local document vault. A complete encrypted classroom backup includes saved classroom records and the local documents on the exporting browser. Keep its password safely; the service does not receive or recover that password. Restore requires the same teacher account and replaces the reviewed records. Clearing browser data or losing a device without an appropriate backup can permanently lose local records. Keep school-approved copies of required records outside Teachvisor.
Availability and changes
We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free output, or particular learning results. During this pilot, do not rely on Teachvisor as the sole repository for required educational records. We may restrict access to address misuse or security problems. We will date changes to these terms here and seek any additional notice or agreement required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Support and ending use
You may stop using Teachvisor at any time. For account questions, data access, or deletion requests, email help@teachvisor.com. Do not include student records or recovery codes in your first email; we will arrange identity verification and an appropriate way to handle the request. See the Privacy notice for current storage and retention limits.
